The wait is over!! Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier, happier you? Join us for our 14-Day Self-Care Walking Challenge, starting September 16th!

As the seasons change and the weather cools down, this is the perfect time to prioritize movement and mindfulness. Our supportive community is here to help you every step of the way, offering encouragement, motivation, and a sense of belonging.

What to expect:

  • Daily walking: Commit to walking for at least 45 minutes each day.

  • Self-care activities:  We have (2) Wine Down Wednesday Days that will feature three of our Wellness Partners. Details coming soon!!
