As the seasons change and the weather cools down, this is the perfect time to prioritize movement and mindfulness. Our supportive community is here to help you every step of the way, offering encouragement, motivation, and a sense of belonging.
What to expect:
Daily walking: Commit to walking for at least 30 minutes each day.
Self-care activities: Throughout the challenge, we'll incorporate self-care activities to enhance your overall well-being.
Meet-ups: Connect with other participants at in-person or virtual meet-ups.
